The Westside, Street by Street
We work on the west side of Okanagan Lake: every West Kelowna neighbourhood from Casa Loma to Tallus Ridge, up Westside Road through Traders Cove and Bear Creek to Fintry, and south through Trepanier and Peachland to Summerland.
The area changes quickly, and so do the systems. Lakeside lots have mature trees to model around. Hillside homes often face the view rather than the sun. The Glenrosa plateau gets more snow. Wineries and orchards often have better ground than roof. Up Westside Road, some properties have never had a grid connection. The utility changes too: BC Hydro almost everywhere, but Summerland runs its own.
