Grid, Off-Grid and Rebates in Traders Cove
Grid-connected homes along Westside Road, Traders Cove included, generally buy their power from BC Hydro, but check the logo on your bill, because the rebate depends on it. If you are on BC Hydro, you can claim up to $5,000 on panels and up to $5,000 on a battery with Peak Saver. BC Hydro’s rebates require a grid connection, so fully off-grid systems don’t qualify.
