Solar Panels West Kelowna respects your privacy. This policy sets out what personal information we collect, why we collect it and how we look after it. What we collect

When you phone, email or send a form, we collect the details you choose to give us. That usually means your name, phone number, email, property address or neighbourhood, property type, what you are interested in (solar, battery backup or service), approximate monthly bill and any notes.

When you browse the site, standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring page may be recorded in server logs and analytics.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, prepare an estimate, arrange a site assessment, carry out work you hire us for, and meet our legal obligations. We may contact you about your enquiry by phone, email or text message.

Who we share it with

We share information with our contractor partners when they help assess or complete your project, and with service providers who help run the business, such as website hosting, email delivery, phone handling and analytics. They may use it only for that purpose.

We never sell your personal information. We may disclose it where the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it for the purposes above and to meet legal and record-keeping requirements. After that it is securely deleted or anonymised.

How we protect it

We use reasonable physical, administrative and technical safeguards suited to the information involved. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
